Doing 2, 1 and a half hour dance (ballet) classes a week...?

not eating a ton, and doing some at home excercises (such as riding a one of those electric workout bikes, crunches, etc.) very other day for about 40 min, and you're 5.7, and weigh about 123, would that make you lose some weight or just gain more muscle? and if that wouldn't allow you to lose a few more pounds, what would? would that not be a good move anyway?

By not "not eating a ton" Your metabolism gets low - if that happens you don't lose fat as easily - that's why they say to eat 6 good small meals a day (snacks, dinner, breakfast, lunch) Don't skimp on eating especially if you're a ballet dancer - I found out the hard way - it makes your dance suck if you're hungry and tired and sore from overworking yourself. Ballet dancing works a lot of calories.

That sounds like a pretty reasonable workout.



You would probably lose weight and tone up your muscles from that.
haha omg im exactly 5'7 123 lbs! were perfect were actually underweight! i meam exercise is good for cardio and everything but just as long as you eat healthy! keep up the classes and exercising....just eat! =D
